Each Mijoux item will come gift wrapped in a beautiful presentation envelope, pouch or box.
A short message label can be added upon request. Please message me details of the message when purchasing an item.

Some items are unique but some can be personalised with different gemstones, colours or finishes. Chain lengths can also be altered. Please message me with an personalisations that you require and I will let you know whether it is possible and if there would be any additional charges. Please remember that changes will also add to the delivery times.

As with all jewellery, there are some instances when it is required to be taken off. I would advise removing any Mijoux jewellery when doing certain activities like cleaning, swimming or sports. Chemicals can be harmful to the metal and stones in the jewellery and may cause discolouration. Abrasions can be caused with heavier activities like sports. Avoid contact with perfume and other cosmetics to keep your jewellery at its best.
Silver will tarnish over time. To clean your jewellery, it is best to use a silver polishing cloth. Silver baths or dips can be used for some jewellery but these will remove any oxidisation finishes.
Store your jewellery in a jewellery box or original packaging when not worn to keep it looking tip top.

If you are unhappy with your jewellery please message me with the details. If you wish to return an item for a refund, I am happy to do so within 30 days from the sale as long as the item is returned to me in the same condition that it was sold. Upon receipt, I will issue a refund for the item minus any postage costs I have incurred sending the item. This applies to postage costs under my free delivery option.
If there is a manufacturing fault with the item, once it is returned and examined I will issue a full refund plus postage costs.

Some Mijoux items have gold plating, gold vermeil or are made with rolled gold.
Gold plating can wear over time and this will depend on how the jewellery is worn and how often. Rings tend to be subject to the most wear and tear over time due to being worn on the hands. Mijoux will guarantee gold plating for 3 months after purchase for general wear and tear but we recommend following the care instructions stated above and avoiding contact with chemicals.
Gold vermeil is solid silver with a thicker gold plating.
Rolled gold is a process of fusing solid gold either side of another metal then rolling it out in order to produce a metal to make jewellery.
